Goods Order Inventory System (GOIS) is used for managing goods orders through mobile application and web application. This web application is used for maintaining goods purchase and goods maintenance and mobile data.
Goods detail can be viewed and editable in web application. Automatic purchase order will be generated through system. Goods detail will be maintained separately in both accountable and inventory. Customer can place the goods order through web and mobile application too. Admin user can maintain their users privilege by individual screen and individual transaction events.
GOIS includes purchase module, sales order module, inventory management, sales module, Sales return module. This web application module tightly integrated with Android Mobile App.
DIT-GOIS is the software used for tracking goods purchasing, ordering, sales and delivering to the customer. Either whole sales or Retailers distributors can be use this software for maintaining their inventory, purchases, sales, and goods delivery. Due to web-based application can be used in different places with single initialization.
DIT-GOIS is integrated with android mobile application for maintaining sales orders and delivering the goods to the customer in easier way. If user punches sales order from customer place, goods sales bill be ready for that particular order. Sales bill can be raised very easily through this order and delivery of goods to the customer will be quicker.
For administrative purpose, role based privileges present in DIT-GOIS not only for all the screens but also every transaction in the screen like Save, Modify, Delete, and Print. Role based privileges can be assigned to every user creation in the application.

Through Android app products can be placed. Android app consist of Product creation, Purchase Order for products, Inventory handling, Sales and Invoices, Order and Collection based reports, Syncing and Settings.
